Amanda + Rob August 24, 2017
Here in Ontario, we are in a unique part of Canada where there isn’t an ocean, mountain range, or a vast prairie or desert-scape. We are lucky, however, to be surrounded by the Great Lakes, one of which we are oh so lucky to call home. Amanda and Rob live in Vancouver, but wanted to retreat with their closest family to say their I do's at their family cottage on the shores of Lake Huron in Southampton, Ontario.
Amanda and Rob got ready with their sweet kids, and not long after declared their vows under a homemade arbor with their loving family surrounding them. After they shared their first kiss as husband and wife, they celebrated with a drink and cheers. We snuck away for a few portraits as the sun set over the water, marking the occasion with one of those infamous Lake Huron sunsets.
I said my goodbyes as everyone sat down together for dinner, and to celebrate Amanda and Rob's first evening as husband and wife.
