Allie + Yale July 22, 2017
We first met Allie and Yale shortly before their wedding, for their engagement shoot on the shores of McCullough Lake near Chatsworth, Ontario. And right from the time that we met, it was easy to see the deep love that these two had for eachother, and how excited they both were to celebrate their love with their friends and family.
They planned an epic country wedding at the Spring Creek Gavel Farm, right in our backyard, near Hepworth, Ontario. We caught up with the guys and girls in the morning as they were getting ready in the old country house. Before Allie stepped into her dress, she helped their beautiful daughter, Adriel, into her own dress. As their ceremony drew near, Yale got to see Allie for the first time in her dress under an apple tree outside.
Soon after, Allie and Yale declared their vows and shared their first kiss as husband and wife in front of their closest family and friends. And shortly after they exited together, family photos ensued, with Allie's grandmother looking beatuiful in the same dress that she wore to Allie's parents' wedding, years ago. We tagged along with Allie, Yale, Adriel, and the wedding party as they explored the fields and forests surrounding the farm.
Later, they entered the barn that would serve as the scene of their reception, and proceeded directly into their first dance. The decor of the rustic barn was beautifully designed by none other than the bride herself. Allie & Yale shared their spot at the head table with Adriel as dinner and speeches were shared. And as the sun set over Hepworth, guests enjoyed the last of the light as an epic night of dancing and celebrating was to come.
